About the Role

As an Apartment Locator, you will guide renters through the apartment search process by learning their preferences, identifying suitable options, coordinating tours, and supporting them through the leasing journey. This role requires strong communication, local market knowledge, organization, and a service driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to new leads and client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Consult with clients to understand budget, location, lifestyle, and move needs
• Research and recommend apartment communities that align with client preferences
• Build and present curated property lists and recommendations
• Coordinate property tours and communicate with leasing offices
• Maintain accurate client records and pipeline updates in the CRM
• Follow up consistently with clients, properties, and internal team members
• Confirm lease activity, placement details, and required documentation
• Deliver a polished, client focused experience throughout the full search process

Requirements

• Active Texas real estate license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service mindset
• Ability to manage multiple leads and timelines at once
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Confidence using CRM systems and digital tools
• Knowledge of the local rental market and neighborhoods
• Ability to work independently while staying accountable
• Professional, polished, and solutions oriented approach

Nice to Have

• Previous apartment locating, leasing, or real estate experience
• Familiarity with Austin area neighborhoods and communities
• Experience in sales, hospitality, or client services
